Talia Lissner, Esq.
Tali is the General Counsel for Baum Revision, LLC, overseeing all legal aspects of acquisition, disposition, development, commercial leasing, residential leasing, financing, equity investments, and corporate governance for the Company and its affiliates.
She previously worked at the law firm of Sonnenschein Nath and Rosenthal, LLP, (nka Dentons), where her practice focused on commercial real estate law and where she had broad experience in representing developers, landlords, tenants, and lenders in a variety of projects including office, retail, industrial, residential, hotel and student housing developments, as well as tax credit financings. Tali graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law with High Honors. During her time at the law school, she was an Honors Scholar, as well as a member of the Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Tali obtained her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and a real estate broker.
When not working, Tali enjoys spending time with her witty and thoughtful husband, being a mother to her two awe-inspiring children, sea glass hunting along the Glencoe beach, and reading post-apocalyptic novels.
