4200 W Diversey is an industrial building in Chicago’s Hermosa neighborhood that was originally home to the Hammond Organ Factory.  The building was bank-owned until it was acquired by Baum Revision and is being redeveloped into a community-oriented creatorspace™.

Currently, 4200 W. Diversey Ave. is now known as, Workshop 4200, Chicago’s Creatorspace™ and is the home to over 30 creative, passionate, hard-working people with big dreams. It's a place where connections are made & collaborations are born; amplified through tenant produced art and music events in the gallery.
